For nearly three decades, Quality Wood Products has been known for bringing church furnishings back to life and building custom wood pieces with lasting value. Our work often includes restoring pews, building new altars and baptismal fonts, repairing church woodwork, and creating custom furniture designed to fit the needs of each space.
Whether a church is renovating, restoring, relocating, or repurposing furnishings from a closed building, we help preserve the beauty and function of quality woodwork so it can continue serving for years to come.
What We Do
Pew Refinishing & Restoration
We restore existing church pews or source pews from closed church buildings when available. Our process includes pickup, stripping the finish, repairing damage, staining, varnishing, and reinstalling the pews so they look refreshed and renewed.
Church Wood Maintenance
Our maintenance program helps churches care for their wood furnishings before major restoration is needed. Twice a year, we inspect for damage, complete small repairs on site, tighten areas affected by wood movement, and help extend the life of the furnishings.
Custom Church Furnishings
We design, build, deliver, and install custom altars, baptismal fonts, pulpits, communion rails, chairs, and other church furnishings. Many customers come to us with something they have seen in another church, and we help create a similar piece for their own space.
Custom Wood Products
In addition to church furnishings, we also create high-end wood products such as dining room tables, chairs, cabinets, and custom builds for residential or specialty spaces.

Quality Wood Products focuses on real wood, long-term durability, and attention to detail. While many suppliers rely on plywood, MDF, or particle board, we prioritize hardwoods whenever possible for a stronger, longer-lasting finished product.
Our pew restoration process also uses mechanical stripping rather than chemical stripping, which helps protect woods like red oak from damage during refinishing. With decades of experience, a skilled team, and the capacity to handle larger restoration projects, we offer both the craftsmanship and efficiency churches need.
